Membership Refund Policy
myPTpro strives to provide you with top quality, easy to understand Physical Therapy information that is convenient for you to access and use. We want you to have access to information, blogs, forums and videos as well as our concierge-like Ask The Pro feature. However, we realize that situations may arise and you may need to cancel your membership with us. We have developed our memberships program into 6 month, auto-recurring blocks to make it easier for you to manage. Should you need to cancel your membership anytime in between, you can contact us and we will be happy to help you. Our policy is to offer full refunds anytime during the first 3 months of your membership period. After that, we reserve the right to pro-rate your refund, based on site usage. You will receive an email notifying you once we have processed your refund.
Cancelling your membership will not cancel your Newsletter subscription. You can stop receiving the myPTpro Newsletter by using the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of every email.
